Take on the terrain with an inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials and interval training. Set your own pace or discover the athlete within and reach your endorphin high! For new participants, please arrive 5-10 minutes early so your instructor can demonstrate how to safely set up your bike so you may ride at ease. A new RPM class is released every three months with new music and choreography.
