A high-energy, fast-paced class designed for those with prior Reformer experience. This class introduces dynamic movements, including the use of Reformer jump boards, for an exhilarating and challenging workout. First-timers please arrive at least 10 minutes early for a brief introduction to the equipment and movements. Grip socks are compulsory for safety and hygiene and are available for purchase at reception.
