A coach‑led indoor cycling workout that builds cardiovascular fitness and endurance through a structured journey of flats, climbs, sprints and intervals performed on a stationary bike. Members control resistance and pace to suit their fitness level, making the class both accessible and challenging. This low‑impact ride is driven by motivating music and strong coaching. For new participants, please arrive 5-10 minutes early so your instructor can demonstrate how to safely set up your bike so you may ride at ease.
