A slow-paced class with simple stretches and basic Yoga poses to help strengthen the body, improve flexibility and calm your mind through flow of movement to the breath. Yoga can enhance a healthy spine, improve digestion and help relieve stress. MUSAC does not provide mats so please ensure you bring your own.
