A targeted strength workout focused on the muscles that support the spine and pelvis, including the abdominals, glutes and lower back. Using controlled, functional movements performed standing and on the floor, the class incorporates bodyweight exercises along with resistance elements such as bands and weights. Low impact and moderate intensity, suitable for all fitness levels with options to progress or simplify exercises.
