BODYPUMP HEAVY™ is a strength-focused workout designed to help you build muscle and feel confident lifting heavier weights. Using slow,controlled movements and fewer repetitions, you’ll have more time to focus on good technique with plenty of expert coaching and rest between sets. You will follow a structured, progressive format so you can safely get stronger over time. With motivating music and supportive group energy, it delivers effective strength training in a fun, social, and easy-to-follow workout. Equipment used: Les Mills Smart Tech barbells and weight plates, step, mat (optional for comfort).
