A high‑energy, boxing‑inspired fitness class focused on cardiovascular conditioning, power and coordination. Participants work through punch combinations, footwork and conditioning drills using boxing gloves and pads in a dynamic, non‑contact environment. Coaching and options are provided to adjust intensity, making the class suitable for all fitness levels, with participants able to wear gym‑provided equipment or their own.
