A coach-led group training experience designed to improve cardiovascular fitness and overall strength through a balanced mix of movement and conditioning. Participants move through a series of timed stations, combining light cardio intervals with strength-based exercises in an easy-to-follow, structured format. With a focus on variety and accessibility, circuit offers a supportive and engaging workout suitable for all fitness levels, with options provided to adjust intensity as needed. MUSAC does not provide mats so please ensure you bring your own.
