  1. Gymnastics - AdultsAdult Gymnastics offers members aged 18 years or older, the opportunity to develop strength, flexibility, and gymnastics-based elements. This program is designed for those who wish to try something new, stay fit or return to the sport.
  2. Gymnastics - AssessmentsBook a Gymnastics Assessment if you would like to join our program. If your child is 5 years or older, an assessment will help determine which will be the right level for them. If under 5 years old, please enrol straight into our Kindergym program.
  3. Gymnastics - KindergymThis program is designed for children aged 18 months to 5 years. Through weekly themes and skill focuses, participants can develop fundamental emotional, social, physical, and cognitive skills. Our two levels are Mini Gym & Junior Gym.
  4. Gymnastics - RecreationalRecreational programs include three levels that are designed to promote safe progression through level-based skills while developing flexibility, spatial awareness, and balance. Our levels are Water (beginner), Fire (intermediate) & Air (advanced).
  5. Gymnastics - Team GymnasticsTeam Gym is a semi-competitive program, providing participants to opportunity to compete as part of a team at club, state, and national levels. There are 3 apparatuses in team gym, these are Mini Tramp, Tumbling and Floor.
  6. Gymnastics - TrickstarsTrickstars is a FreeG based program focusing on the development of free-running, and parkour elements. Participants can learn vaulting, acrobatic and tricking elements. The two disciplines are freestyle or speed trials within an obstacle course.
  7. Gymnastics - TwistersThis program focuses on the development of acrobatic and tumbling elements. Participants can build the necessary strength, flexibility, and skills to complete elements on floor, vault, and trampoline. We offer two levels: Mini Twisters and Twisters.
  8. Learn to Swim - AdultsThis program is for students aged 18 years and older. This program is designed to build water confidence through to stroke development for adults. We have 2 levels that are conducted in our indoor 25metre pool.
  9. Learn to Swim - KidsThis program is for students aged 6 months - 17 years, designed to build water confidence through to stroke development with a strong focus on water safety. Classes are based on age and ability levels and are conducted in our indoor 25 metre pool.
  10. Learn to Swim AssessmentBook a Learn to Swim Assessment if you are not a beginner & would like to join our program. If you/your child are 3 years or older & are able to swim independently, an assessment will help our staff determine which will be the right level for you.
  11. Squads - AssessmentBook a Squad Assessment if you are a swimmer who has completed all the skills associated with our Learn to Swim program and are looking to build fitness and endurance whilst having fun through our competitive or recreational streams.

  1. Learn to Swim - Fairy Penguin6-18 months. Parent & infant class for children to explore & discover water in a fun & gentle environment. The focus of this class is on water awareness, safety skills & floatation. You are in the water supervising & encouraging your child.Target age 6 to 17 months
  2. Learn to Swim - Emperor Penguin18-36 months. Parent & infant class for children to explore water in a fun & gentle environment. This class extends your child’s water confidence & safety skills gained in Fairy Penguin. You are in the water supervising & encouraging your child.Target age 18 months to 2 years
  3. Learn to Swim - Starfish2-3.5 years. Advanced parent & infant class for water conditioned toddlers. Must have completed Emperor Penguin class. Children build swimming independence & learn about keeping safe in the water & taking turns.Target age 24 to 41 months
  4. Learn to Swim - Manta RayFor non-swimmers aged 3-9 years old. Students learn to independently float with breath control. Introduction to water & water safety skills. Develop water confidence and working towards independent movement. This level does not require an assessment.Target age 3 to 8 years
  5. Learn to Swim - Guppy3-5 years. Preschool class for children who are ready to move through the water independently and begin building their swimming strokes.Target age 3 to 5 years
  6. Learn to Swim - Sea Dragon3-5 years. Preschool class for children who are ready to extend their breath control skills & further develop their kicking and paddling. Children learn to independently roll onto their back and float, and perform more advanced safety falls.Target age 3 to 5 years
  7. Learn to Swim - Otter3-5 years. Preschool class for children to develop extension of freestyle focusing on the coordination of arms and kick. Introduction of backstroke and butterfly kick. Introduction to side breathing. This level requires assessment prior to booking.Target age 3 to 5 years
  8. Learn to Swim - Octopus5-10 years. For children who are ready to move through the water independently and begin building swimming strokes. The focus of this class is on developing your child’s water confidence. This level requires assessment prior to booking.Target age 5 to 11 years
  9. Learn to Swim - Turtle5-10 years. This class focuses on the start of freestyle strokes and confidence of moving through the water on their back. This level requires assessment prior to booking.Target age 5 to 11 years
  10. Learn to Swim - Platypus5-12 years. This class teaches the foundations of freestyle and backstroke techniques & builds core strength through introducing butterfly kick & emphasising body awareness & movement in the water. This level requires assessment prior to booking.Target age 5 to 11 years
  11. Learn to Swim - Crocodile5-12 years. This class teaches freestyle with bilateral breathing & backstroke techniques. Crocodiles are introduced to the breaststroke kick and the correct technique for performing somersaults. This level requires assessment prior to booking.Target age 5 to 11 years
  12. Learn to Swim - Seal5-12 years. Seals refine freestyle technique with bilateral breathing & develop backstroke with rotation. Butterfly, breaststroke & freestyle tumble turns are introduced, emphasising stamina & strength.This level requires assessment prior to booking.Target age 5 to 11 years
  13. Learn to Swim - Orca5-12 years. Orca builds endurance for freestyle and backstroke. Breaststroke and butterfly timing is taught at this level. This level requires assessment prior to booking.Target age 5 to 11 years
  14. Learn to Swim - Dolphin5-12 years. Dolphin prepares swimmers for squad swimming and refines their skills in all four strokes while increasing endurance and stamina. This level requires assessment prior to booking.Target age 5 to 11 years
  15. Learn to Swim - Teen Beginner10-17 years. This class is for beginner students who are learning the fundamentals for floating, kicking and coordination of arms and legs in the water. This level requires assessment prior to booking.Target age 9 to 17 years
  16. Learn to Swim - Teen Intermediate12-17 years. This class is for students who have completed beginner skills for freestyle & back kick. Students are introduced to backstroke, freestyle breathing & basics of breaststroke and butterfly. This level requires assessment prior to booking.Target age 10 to 17 years
  17. Learn to Swim - Teen Advanced12-17 years. This class is for students who have completed the intermediate skills. In this level the students work on the technique of breaststroke and butterfly as well as their endurance in freestyle & backstroke. This level requires assessment.Target age 135 months to 17 years
