  1. Adult GymnasticsAdult Gymnastics offers members aged 18 years or older, the opportunity to develop strength, flexibility, and gymnastics-based elements. This program is designed for those who wish to try something new, stay fit or return to the sport.
  2. Gymnastics - Kids Night InOur Kids Night In event offers a fun night full of pizza, gymnastics, games and a movie! This evening will be focused on the Paris 2024 Olympics with specific games, competitions and watching the Women’s Gymnastics All-Around competition!
  3. Gymnastics - TrickstarsTrickstars is a FreeG based program focusing on the development of free-running, and parkour elements. Participants can learn vaulting, acrobatic and tricking elements. The two disciplines are freestyle or speed trials within an obstacle course.
  4. Gymnastics - TwistersThis program focuses on the development of acrobatic and tumbling elements. Participants can build the necessary strength, flexibility, and skills to complete elements on floor, vault, and trampoline. We offer two levels: Mini Twisters and Twisters.
  5. Gymnastics AssessmentBook a Gymnastics Assessment if you would like to join our program. If your child is 5 years or older, an assessment will help determine which will be the right level for them. If under 5 years old, please enrol straight into our Kindergym program.
  6. Kinder GymnasticsThis program is designed for children aged 12 months to 5 years. Through weekly themes and skill focuses, participants can develop fundamental emotional, social, physical, and cognitive skills. Our three levels are: Play Gym, Mini Gym, & Junior Gym.
  7. Learn to SwimThis program is for students aged 6 months - 17 years, designed to build water confidence through to stroke development with a strong focus on water safety. Classes are based on age and ability levels and are conducted in our indoor 25 metre pool.
  8. Learn to Swim AdultsThis program is for students aged 18 years and older. This program is designed to build water confidence through to stroke development for adults. We have 2 levels that are conducted in our indoor 25metre pool.
  9. Learn to Swim AssessmentBook a Learn to Swim Assessment if you are not a beginner & would like to join our program. If you/your child are 3 years or older & are able to swim independently, an assessment will help our staff determine which will be the right level for you.
  10. Recreational GymnasticsRecreational programs include three levels that are designed to promote safe progression through level-based skills while developing flexibility, spatial awareness, and balance. Our levels are Water (beginner), Fire (intermediate) & Air (advanced).
  11. Squad AssessmentBook a Squad Assessment if you are a swimmer who has completed all the skills associated with Learn to Swim program and are looking to build fitness and endurance whilst having fun through our competitive or recreational streams.
  12. Team GymnasticsTeam Gym is a semi-competitive program, providing participants to opportunity to compete as part of a team at club, state, and national levels. There are 3 apparatuses in team gym, these are Mini Tramp, Tumbling and Floor.
